NO RETURNS ON AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS, NO EXCEPTIONS. SOME ITEMS ARE LIKE KIND EXCHANGES & can be exchanged for identical items only.(check listing) Other items that must be returned will require the BUYER to contact the SELLER within 7 days upon delivery of item to obtain a RMA number (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER). Your return will possibly get lost if you do not have this number and follow the instructions precisely in the RMA# conformation email. Items must be returned to the RETURN ADDRESS PROVIDED in the RMA# Email and include ALL PARTS, MATERIALS AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING that came with the item.
